Locations & Travel

• Trials & Preview Services: Available by appointment at Coven Collective (Tacoma, WA) or Alchemy Hair Studio (Seattle, WA).

• Wedding Day: For your convenience, I travel directly to your chosen bridal suite, home, or hotel on the day of your wedding.

• Travel Fees: On-site services within the immediate Seattle and Tacoma areas are included. Travel outside of these areas will incur a travel fee and may require hotel accommodations, depending on the start time and distance.​

Service Minimums & Stand-Alone Bridal Bookings​​

I typically require a three-service minimum for wedding bookings.

However, I can occasionally accommodate "Bride-Only" requests. To fulfill the booking minimum, stand-alone bridal services are subject to an additional custom fee. Please submit an inquiry, and we can chat about a package that works beautifully for both of us!

Fees Explained​

To ensure a seamless experience, please review our standard financial policies below:

• Non-Refundable Booking Fee: Secure dates require a $50 non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee. This fee formally clears my schedule and guarantees your dedicated time block.  This is for each appointment so a separate booking fee is still required for the trial.

• Fee Structure: Please note that this is an administrative booking fee to secure the date, not a deposit that applies toward your final service balance.

• Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee is forfeited.

Why is there a booking fee?

Bridal makeup artistry involves hours of work behind the scenes long before wedding day arrives. This fee covers detailed bridal chart notations, extensive administrative correspondence with brides and coordinators, kit restocking, specialized product sourcing, and the administrative costs of managing a luxury bridal schedule.

Why is there a contract?​

I like to use a standard agreement so we are both completely on the same page. Think of it as our roadmap—it locks in your date exclusively for you, outlines our timeline and glam details, and protects us both so you can relax completely on your wedding morning knowing everything is officially secured!
